Get the correct time by converting between time zones with PHP and PEAR

DB_DataObject can also convert dates

Great, thnx!

I was just using the Date package to use multiple TZ defined by users of the app. It is a bit more complex if some timezones use DST and other don't. I will post some issues I have found on this forum asap.
