I am using a group of three elements for a phone number with area code, exchange, and number. My client has asked for an auto tab feature to place the focus on the next field when you reach the length of the field you are completing. This is fairly simple in javascript but the script needs to be passed the DOM element id and, in some scripts, the next id. I am having difficulty identifying how to pas this id to the script for the group element being completed.
I know the alternative is to use one text field and format the number after it is entered. I am curious how to pass this to the script and also if my search missed another way to do this with QuickForm. Any help would be appreciated. |

This script does just that for any group of checkboxes and radio buttons. _________________ link wheel
