| I have recently run into quite a pressing problem with the altselect add-on to HTML_QuickForm. When submission of the form fails due to the validator catching an error and the page reloads with error messages, none of the altselect data is saved and thus must be reselected. My questions is this, is this a bug that I need to submit or am I just doing something wrong? Any help would be appreciated, esp if you know someone else who is having this problem. |

| I don't have any experience with this altselect QF element, but in general all elements shouldn't forget the selected values. If you haven't modified the altselect source code, and don't do "hackish" things with the submitted values, this sounds like bug. |

Thanks for the feedback. Yep I haven't modified the source on this so I just submitted it as a bug, but if anyone else has info please let me know.
