Help,
I've rebuilt PHP5.2.4 several times, with the '--with-pear' configure directive. However, when I try to install it (using gmake), I get:
gmake install
<snip>
"Installing PEAR environment: /usr/local/
[PEAR] Console_Getopt - already installed: 1.2.3
[PEAR] Archive_Tar - already installed: 1.3.2
[PEAR] Structures_Graph- already installed: 1.0.2
[PEAR] PEAR - already installed: 1.6.1"
The PEAR install directory is /usr/local, and I started by zapping all the php and PEAR related stuff in there.
Any idea why gmake is not rebuilding the pear command binary (I can't even search for it in the source code directory where I'm compiling php), and why pear won't even re-install itself?
I've tried gmake -B -install-pear as well (this blows up...)
Many thanks! _________________ Intentionally Left Blank |
