[S] Structures_DataGrid_Renderer_HTMLSortForm ; example ?

I'm lookng for a example for this renderer. I have not found one yet.
I have read the doc but failed to get it work;
Can anyone tell me the main idea to get it work please ? I will then add a note about it on the PEAR website.

There is an example file (fill-sortform.php) bundled with the package. It's also in the manual (Example 59-2):

I'll also add it to the page for the renderer for the next manual update on Sunday.
