mail_queue - user_max_connection

Hi,

I am using Mail_Queue to send mail on shared hosting servers. Previously this has worked fine, however the hosting provider has now implemented a user_max_connection.

My script pulls email addresses from a table then adds those email addresses to the mail_queue table using a while loop. I have tried both DB or MDB2 as the connection module but I still max the connections out at the specified number of 25.

My question: is it possible to make mail_queue close its database connection everytime, such as
