Problem LiveUser Example 4

I am trying to run demodata for Example 4 and get the following error:

I could not populate the database, see error below
MDB2_Schema Error: schema validation error
Parser error: length has to be an integer greater 0 - Byte: 24743; Line: 1651; Col: 3

In looking through the schema file, I find:

Line 1649 <type>clob</type> I assume should be blob
Line 1650 <length></length> The length error flagged

I have tried to edit this file but get permission denied.
I am on a shared host. I have tried to change permissions
using cPanel without success. Please, advise me how I can get
this problem corrected.

My error. Clob is correct. The problem is the length.

This previously has been reported as:

Bug #13154 Example 4:schema validation error

A reply indicated it was fixed but I am having the same problem.

Help would be appreciated.
