Hi,
Is it ok to include PEAR in a commercial, for pay application? I could use some of the classes, Would subclass or extend them.
What is the propre approach for that? I am not talking from a programming view, but legally, ethically. I write code for a living and am getting more and more into PHP
TIA

Using PEAR packages in commercial applications is no problem.
See e.g. this quote:
"The allowed licenses were chosen to allow integration into closed source, open source as well as commercial applications. The only limitation is that the original credits must stay in the sources. For LGPL the license additionally requires that all changes to the source code must be licensed under the LGPL to anyone the source is distributed to."
