[Solved] Tow datagrids in the same page problem

Hi everyone,
the problem is that i have tow sortable datagrids in the same page that works fine, but when i try to sort one by clicking a column header, the second datagrid disappear with no errors.
this happens because when i click the column header for sorting its sends a GET parms (&orderBy=jobrole) that is used by the first datagrid and how is not found in the second one.

please tell me if you have a solution (clean or hack)
