I read in the change logs of php 5.3.0 that they have moved dbase support to PECL. I have been searching around and I can't figure out what package I need to install it. I know this isn't technically a PECL forums, but I couldn't find anywhere on the PECL site where I could ask this question.

We were having the same issues, so we decided to file a bug report to php.net which provided the answer to our question: http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=49138

In other words: you can do a SVN checkout from http://svn.php.net/repository/pecl/dbase/
