Pear installation problem:

I am a total php newbie. I am now trying to use pear.

When I try to run pear I get the following error: My path is c:\program files\easyphp 2.0b\php\pear in my apache\php.ini

C:\Program Files\EasyPHP 2.0b1\php5>pear
PHP_PEAR_PHP_BIN is not set correctly.
Please fix it using your environment variable or modify
the default value in pear.bat
The current value is:
C:\PROGRA~1\EASYPH~1\php\php.exe


I really want to use pear so any help you can give me is so very appreciated!

I don't know your setup, but maybe you'll have to replace
C:\PROGRA~1\EASYPH~1\php\php.exe
by
C:\PROGRA~1\EASYPH~1\php5\php.exe
?

The PHP_PEAR_PHP_BIN environment variable can be found in Windows' control panel, System, "Extended" (<= don't know how it's name on English Windows), Environment variables.
